Scientex has been involved in substantial business process re-engineering (BPR) projects. For K-12 school systems, Scientex has provided assessments and recommendations in the areas of student records, human resources, and finance. Results included performance requirements for integrated financial and administrative management systems to serve the school system’s needs into the 21st century. For a large nonprofit organization, Scientex led the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide re-engineering project that resulted in a streamlined, restructured organization with significantly reduced operating costs. Scientex analysts provide a range of re-engineering services to public and private sector organizations.

Our Information Science specialists can structure and conduct economical searches for specific topics of interest; retrieve citations, abstracts, and/or full text from all electronic databases covering domestic and foreign publications; and, if desired, produce an executive summary synthesizing the current state-of-the-knowledge.
